Thank you!\" href=\"https:\/\/kota-yoshida.com\/atelier-ume-3\/\">solo exhibition 'Qi'<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>I am excited to announce the release of a limited-time art project:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"Qi+\" <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The concept is for artist Kota to collaborate with individuals from different industries and genres, healing and energizing everyone involved.<\/p>\n<p>This is a new art project following <a title=\"Delivering the light of art to the largest slum in Japan, the Nishinari Airin district\" href=\"https:\/\/kota-yoshida.com\/where-the-light-is-4\/\">Where The Light Is<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As the first installment, we will host:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%9CQi_Meditation%E2%80%9D\"><\/span><strong>&#8220;Qi + Meditation&#8221;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>which will be held for two days in May 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Following the success of the event in April 2023,<\/p>\n<p>where many visitors were healed and energized at Atelier U+Me during Kota\u2019s <a title=\"The artist\u2019s solo exhibition 'Qi' in the self-made atelier successfully ended. It\u2019s now trending and being widely accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, meditation is now also making a comeback in the East, almost like a reverse import.<\/p>\n<p>(It's almost like a round trip around the globe, which is fascinating...)<\/p>\n<p>So, why is meditation so beneficial to humans? Why is it so popular around the world now?<\/p>\n<p>The answer is best found by experiencing it yourself, rather than trying to express it in words.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a sensation that words cannot truly convey.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine someone who has never ridden a bicycle.
