Jiyuugaoka \/ Beauty salon\/ VOSTOK<\/h3>\n

Since August 2022,<\/p>\n

I have been exhibiting a few pieces of artwork at the VOSTOK beauty salon in Jiyugaoka.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Among them are two precious pieces that were part of an exhibition journey in Bangkok, Thailand. You can see more about them here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The artist creates art on canvas.<\/p>\n

The beauty salon creates art on people's hair.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is a new collaboration between artists from different industries and forms.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Guerrilla art exhibition<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

This unique collaboration between a contemporary artist and a beauty salon<\/p>\n

began suddenly in an unconventional format:<\/p>\n

by appointment only, with the address undisclosed,<\/p>\n

and no prior announcement.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The exhibition, planned for a few months,<\/p>\n

will also end without prior notice.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This exhibition goes completely against the activities of artists around the world.<\/p>\n

It is the world\u2019s first guerrilla-style art exhibition,<\/p>\n

and I believe the act of this exhibition itself can be considered an intangible<\/p>\n

contemporary art piece.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The innovator-like element of executing something no one else has done, or creating a precedent,<\/p>\n

is one of the reasons for an artist's existence.<\/p>\n
