At the time of the order, I didn't specifically convey any image or idea,

so I was really looking forward to seeing what kind of work would be created.

When I first saw the completed piece,

I naturally found myself shedding tears.

I thought, "Ah, this is amazing. I'm blown away."

It was far beyond my expectations,

a truly beautiful piece of art.

I don't blindly believe in spiritual matters,

but sometimes when I view art or other works,

I can feel the artist's thoughts and

soul imbued in the work.

When those thoughts and soul touch my heart,

I get drawn into the world within the artwork, and strangely,

I can't move from the spot, or

I find tears welling up in my eyes.

This time was exactly that.

Kota's work has a slightly different atmosphere from his previous pieces,

with gentle and deep warmth in the colors, from which I feel gratitude for loved ones,

the fleeting beauty of life,

and my heart felt as though it was being gently filled.

Since I have this artwork displayed in my living room,

it naturally comes into my view every day,

and the other day, as I was gazing at this piece,

I suddenly remembered these words.

"When standing at various crossroads in life,

it won't be words from others,

but a landscape you once saw that will encourage you,

and give you courage."

These are words from the photographer Michio Hoshino,

one of my personal favorites,

and sometimes when I look at this artwork,

it gives me courage.

It's mysterious, isn't it?

When I look at it during times of worry or contemplation,

especially this dragon, it feels like it is saying,

"Everything will work out in the end,

just keep going, you'll be fine."

I think it's because,

Kota's thoughts and soul are deeply embedded in this artwork.

I'm really glad I was able to have Kota paint this for me.

Thanks to this, I've gained another precious treasure.
