Successful solo art exhibition “Oneness” at Bawa Cafe in Setagaya, Tokyo | Kota | Oneness Artist
Though it's a bit late,
The first solo exhibition Oneness, held from January 20 to February 16, 2022, at Ba-Wa cafe in Sangenjaya, has successfully concluded.
Despite being held on weekdays, I was filled with happiness and gratitude as many people came to visit.
Thank you so much.
Though it was during the pandemic,
I am deeply grateful to all the people involved who cooperated in making the event happen.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Oneness – "All is One"
The space filled with art pieces created under the theme of Oneness felt mysteriously clear and warm.
I felt the love from so many people, whether it was from those who smiled happily, those who were moved to tears,
Those who shared their thoughts in many words,
and those who expressed themselves without words, through their whole bodies.
I truly felt so much love from everyone.
Thank you so much.
Through this exhibition,
I hope it positively impacted those who visited,
and that a wave of good influence spreads through society.
I sincerely pray for those wonderful, accidental ripples of positivity.
And a big thank you to the wonderful Ba-Wa Cafe for generously lending their space as the exhibition venue.

Thank you so much.
It’s a place that feels both nostalgic and new,
calm and warm.
Outside the large windows, trees grow, and the sunlight filters through.
Everything you taste is delicious yet affordable.
The staff are all kind and warm.
It’s such a wonderful place.
Survey results
At the venue, a survey was conducted.
The valuable and objective feedback, rather than subjective opinions, will be used as a reference for future activities.
I will also treasure it as a priceless treasure.
Thank you so much for filling it out.
I will share some of the wonderful survey responses below.
★Feedback
The birth and end of life, light and shadow, the afterlife and this world, the past and the future, dreams and reality.
These contrasting phenomena are beautifully harmonized in each of the artworks, expressing the unchanging law that all phenomena are connected as if a great river flows, using the beauty of color and rich imagination. The experience felt like viewing a scroll of paintings where fantasy and reality cross their boundaries and blend together. I thought, "Oh, this is lovely."
When I look at his works, there are times when I feel as if I am surrendering myself to this vast universe, traveling across dimensions millions of light years away. And that becomes a gold experience for me.
That’s why I love his works. Thank you for always showing me a wonderful world.

I was able to feel art as a reflection of the heart, and it had an impact that awakened something that had been dormant within me.
The artwork in front of me is not just a reflection of the artist's inner world; it is also within myself.
We are one. This is the art that reminds us that we are one. Yes, precisely Oneness.
★Who would you recommend it to?
Those seeking inspiration, and the people they hold dear.

It was simply... amazing!!! The beauty, strength, and mystery. It feels grotesque, but it’s just so beautiful. I really loved how animals and plants were depicted!
It's love, love!
Thank you for the wonderful exhibition!!!! I’m so glad I got to meet Kota again! It was the best!!
★Who would you recommend it to?

I am always drawn to the beauty of the colors.
From the color usage in wide landscapes to the delicate colors in the small motifs, it’s wonderful how they are painted with such detail.
The works born from the artist's view of everyday and extraordinary scenes and events are not only visually beautiful but, once you know the stories behind them, you discover a different, interesting side to them.
★Who would you recommend it to?
I think it can be enjoyed by everyone, from children to adults, both visually and intellectually.

About the survey
In fact, there are still more survey results, and if I were to include them all, the page would become too heavy and fail to load properly.
I am truly grateful.
Each response is filled with wonderful words and energy, so I plan to post them on another page.
If you visit that page as well, you should be able to feel the atmosphere of the actual exhibition through the screen.
See you in the second part.
