Oneness Artist|Kota

July 7, 1990. Born in Ota-ku, Tokyo.

At one point, I traveled alone around the world for about two years.

I almost died and had many painful experiences along the way, but I rediscovered the vastness and beauty of the world, the warmth of people, and the beauty of art.

In one mountainous region of Mexico, I had an intense mystical experience.

All of the universe is one = Oneness. In this life, I contribute to the world through art.He is determined to do so.

After about three years of art activities in Tokyo, Japan, he has been based in Den Haag, the Netherlands since the summer of 2024 to the present.

Paintings / Commentary

The meaning and background of the painting is described in words.

It is for diving deeper into the world of painting.

truth is stranger than fiction

This is the story of Kota's mysterious experience of suddenly deciding to follow the path of an artist without even going to art school.

Born in an ordinary family, he graduated from an ordinary university, got a job at a company in Tokyo, and followed the path of a salaried worker.

Always trying to fit in with his surroundings, he lived carefully so as not to stray from the social rails.

But one day, it stuck out.

I quit the company I had worked for for about three years and traveled alone around the world for about two years.

In Canada, I suffered racial discrimination and moved to a remote island to live and work on a farm.

In Alaska, I lived a very primitive life in the forest where everything was frozen.

I met and parted countless times.

I laughed many times, cried many times, and almost died several times.

Then, at the end of the trip, Mexico.

I had a spectacular mystical experience in a small misty village on top of a mountain.

I learned that "everything is one in the cosmos."

And in this life, I decided to contribute to the world through art.

This story traces the "kiseki" (trajectory and miracle) of such a mysterious true story.
